Biography:
Jeff Haynes is chief manager of Boyle's Nashville office. He oversees all Boyle's office real estate projects in Nashville. He has had an extensive career in the real estate industry. He spent the past fifteen years with Trammell Crow Company, most recently in Nashville as the managing director of Tennessee and executive vice president. In this capacity he was responsible for approximately 300 employees and a portfolio of more than 20 million square feet of space. Under his leadership in Nashville, Trammell Crow Company's office grew from 10 to 40 people and the company increased its management of office space from one million square feet to approximately seven million square feet. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company's Nashville office in 1994, Haynes spent eight years with the company's Memphis office, where he was responsible for the management of Trammell Crow's portfolio, which included the Lakecrest Office Park, Lynnfield Office Park, 6000 Poplar and 6060 Poplar. Prior to attending business school, Haynes worked for Intereal, the real estate investment arm of NLT, the long time Nashville based insurance company. As a native of Nashville, Haynes has extensive contacts to uncover out-of-the-box options for new sites and other real estate needs. Haynes holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Haynes has extensive experience in the areas of real estate development, outsourcing, and tenant representation. For example, at Trammell Crow Company he was responsible for the development of 800,000 square feet of development, including headquarters for several Nashville based companies. He secured an outsourcing assignment with Vanderbilt University for 400,000 square feet of mixed-use product adjacent to the Vanderbilt Campus. He also has a great deal of experience with tenant representation. For example, in representing FISI Madison Financial, he secured tenant representation for 100,000 square feet of space in 1997 and 200,000 square feet of office headquarters space for 2001.
