Biography:
Mr. Holliday joined the Owen School faculty in 2009. He will share his knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainable business development in several of our courses. He is presently chair of the Board of Directors, Dupont after retiring from DuPont as CEO on January 1, 2009. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and he is past chairman of: the Business Roundtable's Task Force for Environment, Technology and Economy; the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD); The Business Council; and the Society of Chemical Industry – American Section. Mr. Holliday serves on the board of directors of Deere & Co., CH2MHILL, ClimateWorks Foundation and is chair emeritus of the board of directors of Catalyst. In addition, he is chairman of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and is a founding member of the International Business Council. He co-authored "Walking the Talk", a book which details the business case for sustainable development and corporate responsibility.
