The following policies apply for all open enrollment Vanderbilt Executive Programs.

Registration Fees and Policies: Program fees are due in full upon acceptance and confirmation for the selected program.

Transfer: One transfer is allowed per registration and must be received in writing.

Substitution: Qualified substitutes for registrations can be accommodated at no additional charge with advance written notice.

Withdrawal: Once registered, notice of withdrawal must be in writing. Pro-rated refunds are as follows:

Full refund will be given if notification is received more than six weeks prior to the start of the program.
50% refund will be given if notification is received between two and six weeks before the start of the program.
No refund will be made if notification is received two weeks or less prior to the start of the program.

Cancellation: Vanderbilt Executive Programs reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges by airlines or travel agencies.
