Course Description:
Studies the management of the global organization including the international economic environment and international operations. Related topics include international finance and economic strategies, the foreign exchange market and factors affecting exchange rates, management of foreign exchange exposure, capital budgeting and financing of foreign projects, and management of intra-corporate fund flows. Examines motives and problems with entering and competing in foreign markets including strategies for entry, operating in foreign markets, and international marketing concepts. An international study trip is an integral part of this course.
