Business Strategy Project
EMGT 757
Course Description:
Is the second half of a two-course sequence on business strategy. Students work closely with a firm they have selected to produce a formal strategic plan. The plan includes close analysis of business objectives, industry, competitors, finances, operations, and marketing to formulate both short- and long-range goals. The final report is formally presented to senior managers of the business and to select faculty or industry analysts.
